This electric gate lock, surface-mounted, features a fail-open function. It's equipped with an aluminum housing and a stainless steel mechanism. Functioning as a 'buzz in - buzz out' device, it connects to any 12V control system. When powered, the handles are blocked. The deadbolt overrides the control system to secure the gate. The latch and deadbolt offer 3/4" continuous adjustment for perfect latching/locking. A 7/8" stainless steel throw ensures secure locking. It comes standard with a round knob handle set, requiring a 1-1/4" latch gap for standard and security keeps. Available in black or silver finish.
